The 1st round of the competition of the All India Inter-School Arithmetic Genius Contest 2023 was conducted at KENNEDY on 21 August 2023 for all the students of class I-V/grade 1 to 5. The top 60% from each class across the region qualified for round 2 which was conducted on 1 October 2023 which was again a pen & paper exam in selected centres within the city. After Round 2, top five winners from each class from the school were selected to represent our school in the State Finals. This round was conducted offline on 7 January 2024 in Hyderabad.
The following three students from KENNEDY HIGH brought laurels to the school by clinching the 2nd Runner up positions.
1.MADHAVKRISHNA GUJJA OF CLASS IV SECTION G – 2nd RUNNER UP
2.VARUN REDDY MADDELA OF GRADE 5 SECTION C – 2nd RUNNER UP
3. AARUSH JOGI OF CLASS 3 SECTION E – 2nd RUNNER UP
All three students received a cash award of Rs.5000/ and a trophy each.
The school ranking was based on the cumulative score of 25 students who participated in the state round in Hyderabad. Out of 85 schools selected from Telangana, our school was one of the top schools selected from Telangana, for the year 2023.
