77th Independence Day Celebrated at KENNEDY HIGH

 KENNEDY HIGH the global school celebrated India’s Independence Day on 15 August 2023 with great joy and enthusiasm. The whole school gathered for the flag hoisting ceremony, embracing the spirit of unity and patriotism. The tricolour adorned the campus, reminding everyone of the sacrifices that led to the hard-earned freedom of the country.

The celebration started with hoisting of the National flag by the Chief Guest of the day, Chairman Sri. S. Jamala Reddy, accompanied by Principal Ms. Rajyalaxmi Bhat. It was followed by the singing of the National Anthem by everyone present.

In his inspiring speech, Chairman Sri.S.Jamala Reddy asked the students to modify their behaviour in a befitting manner and to contribute to the growth of the nation by being role models. Principal, Ms. Rajyalaxmi Bhat shared her words of wisdom which filled the hearts of all present with pride and love for the nation.

The performance of the school musical band filled the day with pride and patriotism. Students from the four houses marched in led by their respective House captains and Vice -captains displaying their house colours, with the school council members leading from the front. The marchpast by the Security contingent was the highlight of the day.

The cultural extravaganza started with a patriotic song and was followed by melodious instrumental music, a series of enthralling dances, soulful patriotic songs and speeches by students.
