Tejaswee Mohanty of class IX CBSE and Ayush Sen Majumdar of Grade 10 Cambridge of KENNEDY HIGH the global school, grabbed the opportunity that came their way, to participate in an event organised by Times NIE with Radio Mirchi on Wednesday, 21 August 2024.
Students from many schools attended the event. A session was taken by Ms. Rupal Desai who enlightened the students about radios, how they work, the chain of organization and the software. A brief session was taken by Ms. Shubhangi and Mr. Atharv Sharma where they talked about the job profile of a producer and the importance of creative expression. Later during the course of the day students went on a studio tour where they met RJ Gaurika and had a fun, interactive session. Students enjoyed the tour of the music room and learnt the process of making music for jingles, where they were encouraged to compose tunes of their own. In the end, students received certificates to mark the end of the event.
