KENNEDY HIGH the global school, Bachupally ushered in the New Year with the festival of new beginning, Sankranthi adorned with colours, traditional gaiety, and positivity on 11 January 2020. The celebration was presided over by our honourable Chairman Sir, Mr. S.J.Reddy and our respected Principal, Mrs. Rajyalaxmi Bhat who received a warm and a festive welcome from the students clothed in the attire of ‘haridasu’. They were greeted by the students of primary wing (CBSE and Cambridge) with other Sankranthi surprises which included gangireddu, an array of colourful Rangoli competition for the girls and Kite flying competition for the boys. A cultural programme by the students was presented symbolizing the virtues of this festival. The day concluded on a happy note with students, teachers and the staff having enjoyed the festival thoroughly.
