International Yoga Day 2019 was celebrated with zeal and enthusiasm on 21 June 2019. The day began with meditation session for all the students. Later the students exhibited various Aasanas like Tadasana, Virabhadrasana, Trikonasana, Utktasana, Bhujangasana and Balasana. The Vice -Principal (CAIE) explained the importance of Yoga and Meditation in a student’s life. The students took an oath to maintain a healthy mind, body and soul by practicing yoga in their everyday life.
