One Two Three, Let's Plant a Tree
Vanmahotsav, also known as 'The Tree Plantation Day,' is a celebration dedicated to the preservation and promotion of forests. At KENNEDY HIGH the global school, this ?ear Vanmahotsav Celebration was a grand affair, graced by the presence of Chairman Sri.SJamala Reddy, Director, Sri M.Subba Reddy, Principal, Mrs, Rajyalaxmi Bhat, HODs ,Co-ordinators, teachers and the little children. The enthusiasm of the kids as they eagerly planted saplings with big smiles and bright eyes, was a sight to behold.
The event aimed to instill a sense of environmental responsibility in students and inspire them to become custodians of nature. It served as a reminder that each individual's contribution, no matter how small, can make a significant impact in preserving nature. The celebration reminded everyone present that the trees planted today would continue to stand as a symbol of hope, sustainability, and a greener future for generations to come.
The Vanmahotsav event was organized in the school premises of Kennedy High the global school, with the aim of increasing awareness about trees and forests. The event involved students from Class III and Grade 3, who enthusiastically participated in this activity. They took out a rally and visited every class, carrying placards with messages to encourage the protection of trees and the preservation of the environment. The entire campus reverberated with slogans echoing the importance of tree conservation. This event left a lasting impression on the young minds of the future generation, instilling in them a deep appreciation for nature and its preservation.
